What is Non Violent Communication?

Non Violent Communication (NVC) is based on historical principles of nonviolence– the natural state of compassion when no violence is present in the heart. NVC reminds us what we already instinctively know about how good it
feels to authentically connect to another human being. Through its emphasis on deep listening to ourselves as well as others NVC helps us discover the depth of our own compassion.
I’m offering something almost unheard of in our culture — radical curiosity.

NVC is a language that will strengthen your relationships and enrich your life.

Creating authentic communication is changing lives every day. By examining the values behind what we do or say, it’s possible to reduce hostility, heal pain, strengthen emotional connections and improve the quality of professional and personal relationships.

I have trained with international peacemaker, mediator and founder of the Center for Nonviolent Communication, Dr Marshall Rosenberg, who taught NVC in some of the most impoverished, war-torn states of the world.

NVC is taught in 35 countries to more than 250,000 people each year
